CGA DISS Cylinder Connectors for Ultra High Purity gases
Ultra-High Integrity Service Connections (DISS) are used to connect gas handling equipment, such as pressure regulators or pigtails, directly to the cylinder valve outlet of a semiconductor or high-purity gas cylinder.
To support semiconductor and microelectronics customers, Rotarex was among the first to design and manufacture high-quality UHP cylinder valves. Rotarex is also dedicated to producing ultra-high integrity (DISS) connections for UHP applications, as well as connections adhering to CGA, JIS, DIN, BS, and NF standards.
Main requirement of UHP gas connectors
